3 Things That Make or Break Your ADU Approval

Here's three things you need to know about the hottest real estate trend in Charlotte. One, your ADU, an alternative dwelling unit, has to have a roofline that's either lower or equal to the main house. Number two, you cannot exceed the square footage of the ADU by more than half of the current residents. Number three, it cannot be more than 800 square feet. You get all those right, you're going to get approved.
