I am at my new renovation project, and I've been sharing with you all of the changes and updates and we're not done yet. This was an old house over in Wilmore that was taken down to its studs and as you can see, we had to leave the windows because we were regulated by the historic board but everything else has pretty much been replaced. A magnificent living room area with this spectacular fireplace with this tile surround. And you can see this kitchen is to die for. I found this vendor that is European, and these cabinets are spectacular. It's a bit overkill for rental, but I'm hoping to get a very high-end client. But you can see these beautiful cabinets, and not necessary to have poles because of the way they designed everything. So, you can just open everything very carefully. And then this has a black cover here that's going to be placed on it. I think for purposes of inspection, we're leaving that off right now. And we raised the granite hallway up the ceiling. It looks lovely. The refrigerator will go there. And we have a beverage center here. We're going to put a mini fridge down there, but you can see how pretty that is with the lighting. Original brickwork. the house that we just painted over. Here's one of the bedrooms. And it's now going to be a three-bedroom, two-bath house. So, we added a master suite, and I'll show you that last. And this is the hall bath. And we can see how pretty it looks now. And that mirror lights up as well. And we added this lovely sunroom. see here with three skylights and vaulted ceiling and tile floor and we have a drop zone that we added, and a closet, and then the laundry closet. And this walks out to the deck. And now I'll take you to our master's, here's the master suite. Vault ceiling again, ceiling fan. Here, because it's an addition, we can add new windows. And a big walk-in closet. Let's go look at the master bath. We have dual sinks and dual vanity. The same cabinet company that did that. Really nice job. Let's check out this gorgeous tile work. We had a master tile man put everything together. I think he did a spectacular job. We'll visit. The additional unit in the back is a one-bedroom.
