Here's some crazy requests that we get from our guests at our Airbnb. They think at 2 a.m., if they can't get the coffee maker to work, we have someone on staff that can come over and show them how to make coffee. Like, they want to know how to turn on the TV or how to get the filtered water out of the refrigerator. And they'll ask at any hour of the night they expect us to be available. So does Airbnb. Oh, we've even gotten requests for toilet paper at 2 a.m. Because it's under the sink, as opposed to being on the toilet paper roll, they can't seem to find it. Or a big complaint we get is that they need extra trash bags. And we have a whole can labeled trash bags under the kitchen sink. But they always ask, where are they?
