Here is why I don't use Zillow to rent out my properties. Prospective tenants can upload their application right into the Zillow platform. But Zillow does not verify the information that was uploaded as real. So they can just go online, upload copies of their work documents, employment history, landlord history, and you think you're renting to Susie, but it's really someone else's documents. Now you've got a tenant that's not paying their bills and you've got to evict them. And Zillow's like, Ain't my problem.
